We will begin with discussing the design concepts and preliminary reviews 
and proceed with refining the project specifications, functionality, and 
deliverables. 
                           
Upon agreement, we will then carry out all or portions of the design, which 
includes implementation, modeling, synthesis, place & route, post-layout 
simulations, and timing analysis. 
                           
Upon conclusion of the project, all source files, supporting data, and 
complete documentation are archived on DVD or CD-ROM and delivered 
to you.
